On Saturday, I had the immense pleasure of photographing the wedding of Megan and Richard at Bryn Meadows Golf Hotel. I have known Megan for around six years as she is my fab hairdresser working out of Pash Designs on the Bryn. Although I wasn’t with Megan in the morning, her colleague Sian did her hair for her.
The ceremony for Megan and Richard was being held at St Paul’s Church in Newbridge – which is where I met Richard and the guests. Richard and best man Sam looked extremely dapper in their pale blue check suits with yellow ties and accessories. It was a very warm day so most people took refuge in the coolness of the church! Megan’s bridesmaids Laura and Lisa arrived in their full length lemon gowns and we awaited the beautiful bride’s arrival. Megan and her dad soon appeared in the stunning Royal Windsor vintage car by Price’s Wedding Cars. The girls all carried beautiful yellow & white rose bouquets by Eileen Jenkins Florist.
It was a lovely ceremony and with the legalities over, we were soon back out into the glorious sunshine. With a few photos outside the church, everyone headed off to the lovely Bryn Meadows. The reception was held in the hotel’s Fairway Suite but most people enjoyed time outside on the covered balcony. With photos over, guests enjoyed a lovely three course meal which is when I made my exit and left the happy couple to enjoy the rest of their evening ahead.
