Wedding of Joanne & Kyle at The Glascoed

Last Thursday, I had the pleasure of documenting the wedding of Joanne& Kyle at The Glascoed Pub in Usk.  I firstly headed off to the Usk registry Office where only immediate family were meeting for the ceremony at 4pm.  It was a beautiful afternoon.  Joanne and daughter (& Chief Bridesmaid) Lydia arrived in a beautiful white Rolls Royce from Windsor Wedding Car Hire.  The girls looked stunning and were holding the most beautiful bouquets by Ella Bella Flowers. As I entered the registry office, I was told Kyle was already in with the registrars.  Joanne & Lydia stayed in the car until Kyle and guests were safely seated.  Jo was being given away by her eldest son Lewis. Her other two sons were witnesses of the signing of the register.  It was a lovely ceremony and was also being signed for as Kyle’s grandparents are both non-hearing.

After the ceremony, we headed out into the gardens for photos and the traditional ‘confetti shot’!  We then headed off to The Glascoed Pub which is literally just half a mile down the road from the registry office!  After a quick drink, Jo and Kyle were well up for having some fun photos in the lovely grounds of the pub. Staff were busy preparing for their meal so we took advantage of the sunshine!  As we headed back indoors, lots of the evening guests were turning up. They were able to witness Jo and Kyle being announced in as husband and wife!

They had a fab meal and enjoyed circulating with guests afterwards.  Their chosen band ‘Taffy Was A Thief‘ kept the guests entertained all evening. This included playing announcing Joanne and Kyle fonto the dance-floor for their first dance!  I left the happy couple dancing the night away as I headed home to prepare some ‘sneak-peek’s for them!

Congratulations you two lovebirds!  Wishing you both a very long and happy marriage. 🙂
