On 9th April I had the pleasure of documenting the beautiful wedding of Chris and Charlotte. I met Charlotte and her bridesmaids at the stunning Cefn Tilla Court on the outskirts of Usk. It was a gorgeous day – perfect for a wedding. As Charlotte and her three bridesmaids were getting ready, the white Rolls Royce Silver Cloud from Casey’s Cars turned up. I soon headed off to St Mary’s Church in Magor for the ceremony. I met up with a nervous Chris and his Best Man (& brother) Kieron.
Charlotte and her bridesmaids looked beautiful in their burgundy colour scheme. It was a lovely ceremony and after some photos out in the sunshine, we headed back to Cefn Tilla. The backdrop and grounds for this venue are fabulous for wedding photos. Guests mingled outside playing boules on the lawn and giant chess!
The catering for the wedding breakfast was provided by Pickled Pumpkin Catering. After their three course meal and speeches, guests once again mingled with more photos in the late afternoon sunshine. The DJ was busy setting up in the marquee in preparation for the evening entertainment. After the cutting of the cake, Charlotte and Chris were invited up to the floor for their first dance. After a huge amount of preparation over a long period of time, your wedding day can fly by. It’s important to enjoy every minute and create precious memories.
